Are you interested in a weeks snowboarding holiday to sharpen your skills on the hill, wanting to spend time on the mountain with your friends, or desperate to shred up the hill at Mach 3? Chalet Meleze could be just the place.
You can find us a snowball's throw from the piste in the fantastic resort of La Tania in Courchevel part of the famous Three Valleys . Within minutes you can be on the lift heading out of the village deciding whether to rip it up in Meribel, head up to the world class park in Mottaret or scare yourself silly on some of the amazing terrain on offer in Courchevel.
Parks - Spoilt for choice!
Within two lifts you can be riding down to the new park in Courchevel 1850. The park was improved for the 2006/2007 season and although there is still a good selection of kickers to chose from the selection of rails has improved dramatically, on top of that the resort has added a boarder cross track - there really is something for all abilities.
If you’re feeling like a full day out then drop into the Mottaret and spend the day in the world class park. There is something for everyone, rails and kickers for all abilities, a couple of pipes, and a boarder cross track to put and end to some of those long standing who is better than who debates!
Terrain - The mind boggles!
What can I say? Let’s start with 3 Valleys that sort of sets the scene. The Courchevel valley could keep any self-respecting shredder happy for a week, with its outstanding selection of perfectly groomed green and blue runs to warm up on before venturing onto the more challenging choice of blacks and reds. If hammering the piste isn’t enough and the conditions are suitable then you’re in for a treat as there is masses of off-piste available. Courchevel like the rest of the Three Valleys will leave you weak at the knees and gagging for more - you’ll wonder where the week went!
What ever floats your boat you can expect world class facilities and fantastic snowboarding wherever you spend the day in the Three Valleys.
Lessons
RTM Snowboarding were the first British snowboard school to be set up in the 3 Valleys. They offer quality instruction by British qualified snowboard teachers for all levels, running both group (max of 8 in a group) and private lessons. Having finished your day on the hill, what could be better than chilling in the chalet to the sound track of your choice with a few cold beers, a fantastic meal, and a night of partying ahead of you in one of the bars in the village? La Tania has an ever growing reputation as having one of the best après bars in the Three Valleys, add that to what’s on offer throughout the rest of Courchevel, you certainly won’t be bored!
If you are looking to splash out and buy some new gear, then your in the right place, there are some great shops and you’ll have no problem finding new hard and software for the mountain.
